Google has approached wireless operators and handset makers from US and Europe for advertisements on cell.The company has invested hundreds of millions of dollars on its new cell phone project. They count more on wireless operators to undertake handset customized for Google.
The operators include T-Mobile USA, Verizon wireless and AT&T. T-Mobile is the furthest along in considering.
A prototype handset has also been developed by Google.
